Girls Who Code College Loop at UTEP (2025)

The Girls Who Code College Loop was recognized as Student Organization of the Year 2025, highlighting its impact, leadership, and commitment to empowering students in computer science.

This recognition reflects the collective efforts of a community dedicated to mentorship, innovation, and creating opportunities for women in technology. Through workshops, events, and peer support, the organization continues to strengthen its presence on campus and beyond.

Individual members were also honored for their outstanding contributions. Vianey Martinez received the Striking Gold Award, recognizing her exceptional leadership and academic excellence. Bianca Alvarez and Natalia Mesta Valenzuela were both awarded The Luxe Award, highlighting their dedication to organizing impactful events and consistently supporting students in their growth.

Together, these achievements position Girls Who Code as one of the most influential and active student organizations in computer science at UTEP.
