Girls Who Code College Loop at UTEP (2025)

GGirls Who Code engaged with the Microsoft El Paso Innovation Hub, connecting with Bianca Alvarez, Student Engagement Lead at the University of Texas at El Paso, alongside student leaders from the Computer Science community.

During the event, the Hub explored the impactful work happening on campus — from empowering women in technology to mobilizing community initiatives and guiding peers through technical interviews. These efforts are shaping the future of both UTEP and the broader El Paso community, while strengthening connections between the Microsoft El Paso Innovation Hub and UTEP’s Computer Science organizations.

El Paso has no shortage of talent. Ensuring that students have access to the right resources, mentorship, and opportunities is key to supporting their continued growth and success.
